USA considers allocating 5.750.000 dollars finance aid to Azerbaijan in the frame of aid program to foreign countries in the next financing year.5 million dollars of this allocation will be spent on military financing processes.
750.000 dollars are considered to be spent on military education of Azerbaijani militants in foreign countries. In the law project presented to the Congress it was stated that, if one of the CIS countries violates territorial integrity of one another's, it will be deprived of military aids of the USA.
But despite of that article, Washington plans to allocate aid in the same amount-5.750.000 dollars in the next financing year to Armenia which occupied 20% territories of Azerbaijan. Bush Administration wants these military aids to be spent on paying the expenses within participation of these countries in anti-terror operations. /APA/
