"I am very glad that the COP29 conference is being held in Azerbaijan, one of the post-Soviet countries. This is an excellent opportunity for Central Asian countries to share their climate problems,"Azernews reports, citing Nurzat Abdirasulova the founder and president of Kyrgyzstan's "Unison Group" company, as he told in an interview with an Azerbaijani media outlet.

She added that the Central Asian region is one of the regions sensitive to climate changes and the countries in the region suffer from drought and intense rains. Those countries need significant financial support from the international community.

"Kyrgyzstan is represented here by a large delegation. The conference is organized at a high level, and very interesting pavilions are displayed here.

In addition, transportation is also well organized, to get to the stadium we do not encounter any obstacles. I consider the COP29 conference a great success for Azerbaijan and congratulate Azerbaijan on this occasion."
