The Azerbaijan Culture Ministry has announced the results of a grant competition for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Azernews reports.

A total of 92 projects from non-governmental organizations, aimed at promoting the cultural and creative industries for non-governmental organizations, were submitted to the grant competition.

The Expert Commission evaluated the project proposals based on the principles of regional comprehensiveness, multilateral cooperation, innovativeness, diversity and inclusiveness, and sustainability.

A decision was made regarding the grant funding of 29 projects selected in the fields of cultural and creative industries, cinema, animation, applied art, music, photojournalism, book, digitization and cultural heritage.
