Azerbaijan will present 71 defense products at the international exhibition of arms.
The international exhibition of arms IDEX-2011 will be held in Abu Dhabi (UAE) from Feb. 20-24. The leading companies of the developed world countries will be represented there, the Ministry of Defense Industry told Trend.
Roughly 71 items of defense products produced at the facilities of the Ministry of Defense Industry will be presented at the exhibition. These products include mortars, armored vehicles and other models.
An extended delegation headed by Minister of Defence Industry Yaver Jamalov will attend the exhibition. Jamalov is expected to meet with officials of the United Arab Emirates.
This exhibition is the largest and most significant in the Middle East and North Africa.
