To date 320 religious congregations have been registered in Azerbaijan, the State Committee on religious structures told to Trend.
29 of them do not pertain to traditional religions. These congregations confess baptism, christianity, catholicism and other non-traditional religions.
Since 2001, the start of activities of the State Committee on religious structures, registration of about 10 congregations have been denied for their activities non-compliance with the country's legislation.
