Today press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic relased a statement informing that time on the terriotry of the republic is to be shifted on October 30.
This action will be taken in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, dated 17 March 1997, prescribing the clock to be set backward for an hour on Sunday at 5.00.
In accordance with the resolution, the country shifts to winter and summer time in March and October.
