The Azerbaijani State Border Service (ASBS) expands its opportunities of observation, search and saving in the Caspian Sea to strengthen guarding maritime borders and ensuring security of oil and gas infrastructure.
Construction of 3 new checkpoints at the territory of the Garadagh district of Baku was completed. New checkpoint Sahil will carry out service on 6 wharfboats in the distance of 35 km, coastal checkpoint Gobustan - 8 wharfboats in the distance of 53 km, coastal checkpoint Zeynalabdin Tagiyev - 5 wharfboats in the distance of 15 km, the press center of ASBS told Trend.
