"The Culture and Tourism Ministry officials have analyzed the situation in all of the tourism zones in the republic and notified me about that. The notification contains both positive nuances and serious shortfalls," Minister Abulfas Garayev told journalists.
He recommended Azerbaijanis not to go on a holiday to tourism centers facing some problems. "Summer tourism session starts from June 15 this year. The Ministry will make public names of the summer resorts convenient for resting soon. The Ministry has given its recommendations to tourism centers which were not included to the list. We think these shortfalls can be removed in a short time," Mr.Garayev said. Stating that the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry and Health Ministry will be informed about the tourism establishments with serious deficiencies, the Minister noted that these establishments will be allotted time to remove the problems, APA reports.
