Bakuians enjoy French holidays

The National Art Museum presented a special program "French vacation" on July 22.

The cultural event offered the best examples of French art, royalty items, as well as works of world-famous artists, Day. Az reported.

 The participants got a chance to learn more about the French language and culture.

A shadow theater called "Violet", which spoke of kindness and friendship,  allowed all of the children to plunge into the magical world. After the performance, children accompanied by their parents joined various workshops.

During master-classes, the children  painted  "Fleur - de-Lis", the flower symbolizing the light, perfection, victory and power of the kings of France on the glass. In addition, young artists made a small copy of the most famous architectural landmarks of Paris - the Eiffel Tower.

Besides,the guests also heard a lecture on "Togrul Narimanbekov - memories of Paris" about creativity and the fate of Azerbaijan’s eminent artist.

The visitors joined a fabulous tour of Paris with its diverse culture, dazzling landmarks and art museums.
