The appeal of Ali Insanov on medical expert examination accepted

Lawyer of ex-minister Togrul Babayev told APA that, A.Insanov has health problems. The minister, who has hernia in his spinal column, needs undergo medical expert examination: "Ali Insanov, who is suffering from backaches, walks by the help of stick. We are expecting for his undergoing medical expert examination and the opinion of experts."

The lawyer also said that, the appeal filed to Nasimi Court on elongation of detention time of ex-minister for 4 months, has not been considered so far.

It should be noted that, ex-minister arrested on October 20 was charged with the articles on abusing his office, preparing for massive disorder, seizing the power by force, embezzling a great deal of public property and carrying arms illegally.
