National Bank's AZN10 million short-term notes placement

Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) hosted the auction on Azerbaijan National Bank’s (ANB) short-term note placement with the state registration number 50102112S. The volume of submitted orders by 9 investors was AZN11497,8 million.

As APA informs, orders were submitted in price range from 99,27% at face value (YTM – 9,45%) to 99,50% at face value (YTM – 7,50%). The Central Bank set cut off price in amount of 99,42% (YTM – 7,50%) and set weighted average price in amount of 99,44% (YTM – 7,24%). Orders in volume of AZN10 mn at face value was satisfied including non-competitive AZN587 thousand.

Maturity date of notes is June 21, 2006.
