Kaspiysk Border Service duty-officer Rasul Magomedov told Dagestan Bureau of APA that Russian guards watched a fishing vessel in sea and gave it a warning signal of stop.
But the crewmembers didn’t obeyed and Russian guards stopped the vessel.
It was found out that the vessel # 96 has registration in Baku Port.
Magomedov also said that fishing nets, sturgeons and other kinds of fish were found in 9-crewmember vessel.
The vessel was taken to Makhachkala Port. The investigation is ongoing on the facts and crewmembers gave statement.
Kaspiysk Border Service duty-officer refused to refer to the names of crewmembers because of investigation is underway.
