Azerbaijan attends 11th International exhibition "Customs Service-2010" in Moscow

As earlier reported, the 11th International exhibition “Customs Service 2010” takes place in the largest Moscow exhibition centre "Expocenter.".
Traditionally, the Exhibition takes place on 20-21 October on the eve of the Russian Federation Customs Service professional holiday. The exposition was considerably extended mainly due to the latest samples of gadgets for customs control and information technologies. The delegation of Azerbaijan State Customs Committee takes part in the Exhibition.

The event was organized under the motto “The Russian customs as a mechanism of international cooperation in customs and transport-logistics spheres”.

With opening remarks, addressing was Andrey Belyaninov, head of the Russian Federation Customs Service, who stated that such exhibitions have become a permanent venue of meeting of the customs and business representatives.

The Azerbaijan exposition included stands with models of five customs points in the country, with all facilities and equipments that show update material-technical base of the customs service to meet world standards.

After Andrey Belyaninov has acquainted with the Azerbaijan stands, the books depicting the country`s customs service were presented to the Russian Customs Service Central Museum.
In the framework of Exhibition, also was held a Conference dedicated to customs business and its international and regional aspects.
