Baku declaration to be signed at ECO IX summit includes clause on Nagorno Karabakh

According to APA, he said that questions on damage to Azerbaijani economy as a result of Armenian aggression and influence of regional conflicts on economic relations will also be raised at the summit.

"I think, this document will completely defer from the previous ones. Although ECO is an economic organization, the clause on influence of regional conflicts on economic relations reads that conflicts should be settled in order to eliminate the economic obstacles. We had put forward this proposal formerly, but it was not accepted."

Mr. Mammadguliyev said that bilateral and multilateral agreements are not expected to be signed within the summit.

"Prime Minister of Kazakhstan will visit Azerbaijan within ECO summit. Some certain agreements might be signed in framework of this visit."
