Mazahir Panahov: "International observers from 20 states will observe by-elections"

"Preparation works in all election constituencies have completed, ballot papers and numbered protocols have been distributed. This processes was implemented very seriously and under control," Central Election Commission (CEC) chairman has told journalists.

According to APA, more than 6500 observer and responsible representative have been registered in CEC. CEC Election Information Center (EIC) will work on May 13 in the rule like in the previous elections. Re-elections will be observed by international observers from 20 states representatives.

"The initial results of the elections on 10 constituencies will be known an hour later after elections completed. In case of law violations, the commission members will be punished for that who allows it. If executive power structures or police interferes election process, relevant structures will be reported about, those people will be responsible for their deeds."
