Kocharian considers negotiations on Nagorno Karabakh not to be active at pre-election period

The next meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents on the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict has not been set yet, stated press secretary Viktor Sogomonian.

He said that OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs are discussing the next meeting of the presidents.

"Nevertheless, the decision of Armenian president remains unchanged. The negotiations will not be active at the pre-election period," he said, APA reports quoting Armenian press.
