"If the activity of a political organization is built correctly, it is possible to hold mass actions in Azerbaijan", said chairman of the Democratic Party of Azerbaijan Sardar Jalaloghlu.

He said to hold the meeting, the parties must not only inform the Baku mayor's office about it but also hold the enlightenment work.
"Organizers of mass actions must act consistently. It implies conduction of enlightenment work among population. Naturally, the country has miscalculations in the law "On freedom of assembly", but a mass action can be organized in the current situation as well.
As for the importance of holding mass actions in the current conditions, Jalaloghlu said:
"Any action must pursue the only aim. Our party has chosen a constructive policy. Its point is that we try to settle existing problems through a dialogue with powers.
We do not reject that places, allocated by the powers, are not suitable for mass actions. Moreover, our party is not inclined to holding actions. Yet, if there is a need for it, we will certainly arrange mass actions".
