The Central Election Commission will install web cameras at all constituencies to observe the voting process, said CEC chairman Mazahir Panakhov, according to Novosti-Azerbaijan.

"The main aim of installing the web cameras is to ensure transparency and observation of the voting process. Owing to web cameras the country residents may observe the elections via Internet and these web cameras will reduce external interference to the voting process to minimum", he told a briefing Wednesday.
He noted that the web cameras will be installed at 500 constituencies.
"This is a new experience and we should assimilate it", concluded the head of the Central Election Commission.
