He said the party observers from the spots declared the results but he said it would be incorrect for him to declare the results before the official declaration by the CEC.

"Voters were active at the elections, which is proven by the information from the observers of the Yeni Azerbaijan party, as well as the results of exit polls.

The urge to boycott elections by some parties was negatively assessed by the Azerbaijani people. The people took an active part in one of the most important events in the life of Azerbaijan. I am sure that Azerbaijan will gain great achievements under Ilham Aliyev's leadership in the coming five years", said Ahmedov.
