Azerbaijani delegation led by Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov will pay a visit to Columbia.

Charge d'Affairs of Colombian Embassy in Azerbaijan Assad Jose Pena told this Trend news agency on October 17.

The visit scheduled for November 4-5 aimed at joining the fourth meeting in the framework of political consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries.

Pena said the sides will discuss the application of policy instruments and exchange views on cooperation.

The diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Colombia were established in 1994. The embassy of Colombia launched its activity in Azerbaijan's capital Baku on February 10.
