Fitch Ratings international agency has withdrawn Azerbaijan Railways CJSC's (ADY) Long-term foreign currency Issuer Default Rating of 'BBB-' on Rating Watch Negative, the message of the agency said.

Fitch has withdrawn the ratings as ADY has chosen to stop participating in the rating process, said the agency.

Therefore, Fitch will no longer have sufficient information to resolve the rating watch and maintain the rating of ADY. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for ADY.
