The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) sold $33.6 million to 10 domestic banks through the auction Feb. 12, the CBA said Feb. 12.

“CBA put up for sale $200 million, but the total demand of banks for foreign currency amounted to only $33.6 million and it was fully met,” the statement said.”

CBA holds auctions three times a week - on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
