Patrick Schmitt was appointed a member of Supervisory Board of Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan CJSC.

He succeeded Wolfgang Schilk, according to a message posted on the bank’s website.

Currently, the bank’s Supervisory Board is headed by Faik Acikalin.

The board also includes Niccolo Ubertalli, deputy chairman of the board, and other members – Nazan Somer Ozelgin and Feza Tan.

Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan CJSC started its activity in Azerbaijan in 2000. The bank was created by Turkey’s KocBank, which is a part of Koc Holding, and International Finance Corporation.
