TCI became the contractor of AZAL after fulfilling orders for such airlines as Jetairways and Spicejet, Head of TCI Bilal Eksi wrote on his page in Twitter. Earlier in April, Azerbaijani airline Silk Way Airlines and American aerospace corporation Boeing signed a contract for the purchase of ten passenger aircraft Boeing-737 MAX, with the total amount of the agreement for $1 billion.
