As APA reports according to the information given from the Head Office of the Company situated in Baku, last year AZN 11.874 million of premiums were collected on voluntary insurance kinds including AZN 7.236 million on accident insurance, AZN 2.972 million on fire insurance, AZN 1.261 million on medical insurance and AZN 298.2 million on personal accident insurance.

The Company collected insurance premiums in amount of AZN 53.2 thousand on transport insurance, AZN 53 thousand on life insurance and AZN 1 thousand on engineering insurance. Volume of insurance premiums on obligatory insurance kinds totaled AZN 38.6 thousand in the reporting year.

The Ateshgah Insurance Company spent AZN 1.609 million last year for payment of insurance risks on accidents happened in 2005 and it exceeds the previous year analogous figure by 36%. So, last year volume of payments on voluntary medical insurance formed AZN 862 thousand, on accident insurance AZN 439 thousand, on fire insurance AZN 240 thousand, on personal accident insurance AZN 47 thousand and on obligatory vehicle insurance AZN 16 thousand.
