Up to now, Technikabank has lent 169 mortgage loans worth AZN 4.2m on the scope of the mortgage lending process through funding from the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund.
The bank told APA-Economics that application processing process takes up two weeks and the staff has been beefed up because of the high demand for mortgage.
