As from March 13, Baku Stock Exchange has begun to hold the placement of Technikabank’s two issues of interest-bearing book-entry bonds.
The amount of the first issue is AZN 2,000,000, the face value per bond AZN 1,000, interest rate on bonds 14%, and the turnover period 5 years (1825 days). The amount of the second issue is USD 4,000,000, the face value per bond USD 1,000, interest rate on bonds 15%, and the turnover period 5 years (1825 days). According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held through initial public offering at Baku Stock Exchange. Technika Capital Management LLC will underwrite the placements. APA-Economics
