29 March 2007 [08:44] - Today.Az
It will be possible to construct Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey power line while no concrete agreement has been reached yet, said Azerenergy Vice-President Marlen Asgarov.

He said the issue was first conceived in 1993-1994. "For implementation of this project, the countries should reach trilateral agreement and carry out technical and economic assessment," he added.

At present Azerbaijan and Georgia exchange electricity through the existing power lines, APA-Economics reports.
