"The IDPs settled in Binagadi district will be replaced in the regions in which they were registered. Every IDP has temporary registered address," said Baku Underground's chief Taghi Ahmadov. According to him refugees settled there illegally.
Taghi Ahmadov said the crowds in the underground are natural. He said in comparison with other transport means underground fares are very low. He emphasized the metro fares will not rise. APA
