The Second International Muslim Magomayev Vocalists Competition will be held in Moscow in October marking the 70th anniversary of the great singer.
Organized by the Muslim Magomayev Music and Culture Fund, the competition will see participants demonstrate their talent and mastership performing works of both classical opera and variety art repertoire.
The jury of the Second Competition will include leading opera soloists, stars of variety art, musical theater conductors, composers and musicians. The Jury will be headed by People`s Actress of the USSR, soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre Tamara Sinyavskaya.
Participants in the competition will include vocalists from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Germany, the USA, Mongolia, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.
