Azerbaijani photographer Rashad Mehdiyev has participated in the international contest in Sophia, Bulgaria.

He won the second place in VOUBS International Photography Awards, Azertac reported.

Talented photographers  joined the contest to win cash from one of the 6 categories or collect the biggest total score as a sum of their best photographs ranked in the 6 totally different contests, part of the 2016 VOUBS.
