An eco-art exhibition titled "Chat with the Planet" dedicated to the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) held in Baku has opened at the Shirvanshahs' Palace.

The main goal of the exhibition, prepared with the support of the Icherisheher State Historical and Architectural Reserve Department and the initiative of the Diplomacy Without Borders International Children's Diplomacy Center operating under the Baku European Lyceum, is to bring to mind people's responsibility towards nature.

The exhibition showcases the handiwork of 8-11-year-old children. Through these works, children's love and care for nature, as well as the ecological problems of the Earth, are expressed in a unique way.

In the section of the exhibition titled "My Happy World", each of the young creators presents their views on the changes taking place in nature and the ecological crisis in different forms.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, head of the Administration of the Icherisheher State Historical and Architectural Reserve Intigam Babayev, Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijani Parliament Musa Gasimli, Director of the Baku European Lyceum Zulfiya Veysova emphasized that such events play an important role in the formation of children's environmental awareness.

The exhibition's visitors are greeted by the "Tree of Peace" installation located at the entrance to Shirvanshahs' Palace.

The art works displayed here embody philosophical thoughts about living in harmony with nature and a clean and healthy world for future generations.

The exhibition "Chat with the Planet" exhibition will run until November 30.
