Baku is growing very fast. For last few years the city has seen drastic infrastructural changes, many new buildings, hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues are being constructed in the city.



When the spring officially enters Azerbaijan on the Novruz day – on March 20th, there are celebrations around the country with open-air concerts and amazing shows.

As the weather gets warmer, young people prefer to hang out on the beach, making kebab, playing games on the sand and enjoying the sunrise and the sunset.



One of the best parts of Novruz is that Azerbaijani people get 6 days off; 6 days of fun, eating out, spending time with friends, sleeping till afternoon and gaining some extra kilos…


Shopaholics celebrated Novruz in their own way, since Baku Shopping Festival took off on March 19th.



People even from the most distant regions of Azerbaijan come to Baku to enjoy the breathtaking Novruz firework show on the Caspian coast.



“Baku” National Costumes House officially opened by organising a mini-fashion show, coloured with national Azerbaijani costumes, music and dances.


Eurovision Heads of Delegations Meeting took off at Baku Business Center with participation of 42 country representatives to discuss all aspects of the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest.
