The National Democratic Party (NDA) held a picket in front of the Justice Ministry on Wednesday.
The action started at 11.00pm. Within 10-15 minutes the law enforcement forces broke the unsactioned picket and arrested 4 protesors.
Nevertheless, the protestors presented a petition of the action to the Justice Ministry with a demand of soon registration.
The city authorities did not sanction the action. The NDP is eager to continue the protest actions in September.
