Misir Mardanov, the Minister of Education rebuffed the information about his resignation and arrest spread yesterday by the media.
“I hold my office and now I am attending the parliamentary session discussing public budget for the year 2006. The rumors spread about me do not have grounds,” Mardanov noted. Trend
