"19 detained have served a short-term administrative arrest for disobedience to lawful demands of the police. Due to expiration of these terms they are released. For violence towards the police a criminal case has been filed against three persons," Aliyev said.

Aliyev also stated that on November 6 the police control will be intensified in front of the polling stations and constituencies, aimed at preventing possible confrontations among supporters of candidates.
