On November 4, representatives of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of Russia, who came to Azerbaijan to observe the forthcoming elections to Milli Majlis, visited the Alley of Honors.
Then, the delegation headed by the vice-president of Council of Federation by Svetlana Orlova, visited the Alley of Martyrs honoring memory of Azerbaijanis who fought for the independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and assigned flowers to their tombs and the memorial "Eternal Fire".
