"In few days we will appeal to the General Prosecutor Zakir Garalov regarding possibility of Ali Insanov being released on a bail," said the lawyer of the former Minister of Health Toghrul Babayev.
Babayev explained that as a reason for the release he will state health problems of Insanov. APA
