Mahmoudlu stated that by the rules of the Election Code, political parties and blocs whose candidates are registered in over 60 Election Constituencies have right to use free airtime of TV channels broadcasting on more than 50% of the country's territory.

However, repeated elections will be held only in 10 constituencies and therefore, free airtime will not be available as an option. No exceptions will made.
