The meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Elmar Mammadyarov and Vardan Oskanyan is currently taking place in Paris.
As Trend reports, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen are taking part in the meeting too. As expected, the negotiations at the presidential level will be held at 15.00 on Baku time. Details of negotiations are not disclosed.
