Azerbaijani Human Rights Authority (Ombudsman's Office) appealed to the Defense Ministry in order to draw up the list of Azerbaijanis killed by Armenians in cease-fire period.
As APA informs, Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova gave information that many civilians and military men were killed in this period despite the cease-fire. After the Defense Ministry submits the list to the Ombudsman's Office, the list will be referred to relevant organizations.
