"My appointment to chair of Interior Ministry Main Guard Department is a result of homage and confidence in me," said newly appointed chair of Interior Ministry Main Guard Department, Madat Guliyev.

Mr. Guliyev told APA that he was responsible to undertake to a department consisting of 8,000 employees.

"My having been appointed to this post is a test for me."

Saying Interior Minister, Ramil Usubov, has set a task to the department, Mr. Guliyev stated that those unable to fulfill the required tasks wold be fired.
