Positions of official Baku and Astana on Kazakhstan's joining Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline will be defined more exactly in the third decade of April.
APA was informed of it by the Kazakhstan's Ambassador to our country Andar Shukputov. According to the Ambassador, works are implemented in this direction at present. May 5, the Azerbaijani side is expected to negotiate with the PM of Kazakhstan on this issue.
