A meeting called Stability Pact for the South Caucasus will be held in Brussels May 12 at the initiative of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) Political Affairs Committee.

As APA reports, the meeting will bring together representatives from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia as well as high level representatives of the European Union, the World Bank, the G8 and European parliament members.

The discussions will focus on prospects of stability in the South Caucasus region as well as in the South-Eastern European countries. Romanian parliamentarian Adrian Severin will present the Assembly’s report on this issue.

Azerbaijani parliament's press service informs that Samad Seyidov, Head of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, will participate in the meting.

Mr.Seyidov will attend hearing on the Stability Pact for the South Caucasus and make speech on the issues on the agenda.
