On May 13 Milli Majlis re-election will be conducted in 10 electoral districts.

On May 13 Milli Majlis re-election will be conducted in 10 electoral districts - Binagady district No 9, Surakhany district No 31, Nizami district No 38 (Ganja), Sumgait district No 42, Sumgait-Absheron district No 44, Jalilabad-Masally-Bilasuvar district No 69, Gedabek district No 103, Tovuz-Gazakh-Akstafa district No 106, Zagatala district No 124 and Aghdam district No 119.

A total of 124 candidates are competing for 10 seats in parliament. A source from CEC told TURAN that 60 candidates are independent, 17 did not indicate their party affiliation, 8 are members of ruling party Yeni Azerbaijan, 10 are members of Musavat, 5 of ANIP, 5 of the Popular Front of United Azerbaijan, 3 of Umid, 3 of the Communist party and 3 of Adalat.

The Classical Popular Front, Popular Democracy, Civil Solidarity, Democratic Azerbaijan, Social-Democratic, Vahdat, Democratic Reforms and Great Azerbaijan parties have nominated one candidate each.
