An Issue on health condition of ex-ministers, Farhad Aliyev and Ali Insanov, who are in prison at present, will be discussed in the meeting of Elchin Behbudov, leader of Committee against Tortures of Azerbaijan, with co-rapporteur of PACE on Azerbaijan, Andreas Gross, May 27.
As APA reports, right defender considers that the ex-ministers need serious treatment. "Since local right defenders' apply on necessity of treatment of ex-ministers was not replied by the official organs, there was necessity of applying to international support in this work."
