According to him, no appeal entered CEC for holding exit-poll repeat municipal elections. "CEC does not organize holding of exit-poll. CEC has not any authority to invite any international organization to Azerbaijan to participate for holding exit-poll. We can only address on observing. Organizations intending to hold exit-poll should apply themselves to CEC."

Mammadov has stated that, foreign and local organizations can hold exit-poll. He added that not any local organizations have applied to the organization for conducting exit-poll, APA informs.
