Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will participate in the opening of the monument of Heydar Aliyev in Istanbul city of Turkey; attend the official party in Chiraghan palace in the evening, APA informs.

Azerbaijani President will be presented an award in Grand-Javahir hotel, in conformity with Ecovitrin journal for 'Politician of the year'.
