The 972nd meeting of the Council of Europe Committee of Representatives discussed the Azerbaijani delegation head Rafael Huseynov's question "Legal, political and historical responsibility of Armenia for its crimes against humanity."
APA's European bureau reports during the discussions, the interested sides failed to reach a consensus on compiling an answer to the written question. Therefore, The Committee of Representatives decided to send a letter to the PACE President on behalf of the head of the Committee of Ministers.
