GUAM Foreign Ministers will meet within the 61st session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
A diplomatic source told the APA, Secretary General of the fully authorized international organization will be elected at the meeting. The candidates to the Secretary General post are Gela Bejuashvili (Georgia), Boris Tarasyuk (Ukraine), Elmar Mammadyarov (Azerbaijan) and Nikolae Dudeuden (Moldova).
